It has been 5 weeks since i started my internship. A lot of things happen, I am glad it happens, alhamdulillah. *smileLet the pictures tell how my 5 weeks were. *grin
:: week 5 (this week) ::my workstation is messy. i think my workstation is transforming to a beaver nest. full with stack of papers. folders, product catalogs.

:: yesterday ::the workstation was full with drawings in various paper size, A2, A1, and the worst of all.. A0... [bleh wat alas meja tuu...]
:: today, afternoon ::these small notes were pasted by my supervisor. he said it will make my task easier, and making my pc look colorful...what the heck?

Working there are difficult, yet challenging. It makes me stronger everyday, because new things keep appearing everyday, unexpectedly. That is why it makes life more beautiful. All I have to do is never give up, be ready all the time, and work hard.
Kurang semangat mengakibatkan lebih banyak kegagalan
berbanding kurangnya kebijaksanaan dan kemahiran.

company aku hasilkan cip [yg ada kt IC kita tuh], tp utk german, not for malaysia. sbb depa kan german's company.
basically, depa hasilkan bnda2 security spt : machine scanner mata, cap jari. machine scan brg and penumpang yg slalu digunakn kt airport..etc.
semua produk hanya utk overseas
clients.

cip tu responsibility EE engineering department. mechi engineering punye keje ialah design machine utk buat produk tu.
selain tu, R&D responsibility is to develop new machine. so, kitorg design machine parts pakai software solidworks [ala2 catia, cuma yg ni lg sng]. Buat assembly drawing and fabrication drawing. Tentukan type of material apa nk guna, surface finish, size, color, welding.

apa lg eh...hmmm...
aku kne psg skru, washer, nut, bolt pada machine pakai software. [kena pastikan size btol and cukup dlm database, kalo ada prob x cukup skru ke, pape ke masa nk assemble machine parts, technician akan dtg consult aku]
aku bleh jg pegi jln2 bhgn assmbly and production utk tgk cane diorg buat.
banyak bnda sbnrnye aku buat and blaja... nk tulis kt cni mmg x muat.
tp.. basically byk pakai otak la.. x pakai tenaga badan ke apa...haha
dah la..pnat aku taip ni

oh.. anda silap.. keje aku 50% ngadap pc, 50% bejalan sana cni..sbb kne check machine parts, deal dgn other department juga...dan lain2.
